Achieving realistic production targets

That???s what veterinarian Howard Hill concluded in his Kernkamp Lecture at the 2001 University of Minnesota???s Allen D. Leman Swine Conference.
???The employee implements the business plan created by a company,??? says Hill, DVM, PhD, chief operating officer for Iowa Select Farms. ???Without good employees, we do not have a business.???
