The recipes in our General section are our own development of typical recipes you might find in recipe books. The final section provides links to recipes of note on other web sites.
We strongly believe you should only ever use our recipe ideas as a rough guide for the meal you are preparing. See our efforts simply as a basic outline to which you should feel free to add your own finishing touches. We encourage you to personalise the recipes to meet your requirements so don't be scared to experiment.
